Lydia has over 12 years of experience in dentistry with additional training in phlebotomy. She plays a key role in administration, audits, and CQC readiness, helping to ensure nothing is missed behind the scenes. Known for her calm and organised approach, Lydia also supports the nursing, reception, and TCO teams when needed, and enjoys contributing to the practice’s marketing, social media, and patient-facing displays. In her free time she enjoys seeing new sites and taking photographs.
